Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within Canada (including all ten provinces). We do not ship to territories outside Canada, to P.O. boxes, or to freight forwarding addresses.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping – Free of charge

Estimated delivery time – 5–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Carriers

We work with several reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Depending on your location and package size, your order may be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable logistics providers. Carrier selection is made automatically and cannot be changed after dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
