Returned due to a quality issue or because you changed your mind (no restocking fee)
Non-returnable items
Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us
Items missing parts or original packaging
Purchases made from unauthorized resellers (only items bought directly from shokz.cyou qualify)
How to Return
Contact us at info@shokz.cyou with your order number and reason for return.
We will approve your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Returns are free of charge for all eligible items. No restocking fees are applied.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
